I am new to the area of D.C. and am transitioning from the Army to working in the field of international aid/relations. I will be ETSing from the Army in March, but may be able to move in earlier if find a good rooming situation. I'm planning on being based out of the D.C. area for quite some time, but and looking to probably travel a bit with work. Maintaining my portion of rent would be no problem though.
