Brittani, 40

3 bed, 2 bath apartment, nice and clean. we can furnish the 3rd bedroom with a futon if needed. we want a guy or girl. Someone responsible. Someone fun. Someone clean (for the most part). Someone that will pay their portion of the bills. Someone that won't start or be filled with drama. Someone that likes to have fun because we party most weekends. Not always at the apartment, but sometimes. We get along with everyone so no one that doesn't get a long with people.
