About the room
Hi, You'll have your own private bathrm, and prkng. It's an upscale condo in a quiet neighborhood, within a gated community. The place has been refunished with kitchen upgrades, marble flooring etc. I'm gone half the week (fri~sun). You may have full access to the living room because I never use it. I'm a very clean, 35, prof. male. I make video games for xbox360 and ps3. I'm usually pretty quiet & laid back. My hobbies include snowboarding, skateboarding halfpipes, sports cars etc.
