Have lived in the condo for over a year and my two friends who lived in the other rooms found a place closer to the beach. I have one other friend moving in and looking to fill the last room. It's a great place in a really nice part of Santa Monica between Wilshire and Montona on 20th Street just 20 blocks from the beach.
