About the room
The downstairs has a sunroom, eat-in kitchen, and big living room. The upstairs has the bedrooms, bathroom, and closet. If you decide to room with me, you'll have to love pets. I have a 1 1/2 year old "mini" black lab, and a 3 year old cat. The cat will keep to herself, but my pup loves to be around people constantly. You will be responsible for half of the electric charges. Prices are negotiable. If you are interested, call me, [contact info removed], or IM me, JakeBergey66. - Kyle
