Hello, I am interested in your room for rent. I am a college educated guy who works full time. I just got a job promotion and have moved out here from S. California. I'm a laid back kinda guy that gets along with everyone pretty well. I don't loaf around, nor do I have baggage if you know what I mean. I'd like to talk with you if the room is still available. Please feel free to give me a call at anytime. My number is [contact info removed]. -Dan
