Hi, I'm a 41 year old single male. No pets. Looking for a small room, hopefully pre-furnished but not necessary. Quiet and sanitary, love to read and write (I really miss my giant library in storage), cook and garden, and woodworking. I know how chess pieces move...Scrabble is my jam though. I'm plenty outgoing, and have lived w/ roommates & siblings all my life. Working on a Master's that requires plenty of hermit time.
