I live at Lincoln Square Apartments. The land lords are very friendly and reasonable people. It is also in the capital of Springfield located within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. I am a high school teacher so I work during regular school hours. I do not allow smoking in the apartment and cannot host people during the week (the weekend is fine and a good band). I have lived with both guys and girls so I have no preference on my roommate's gender. The lease would start in August.
