It is a one story house with a fenced in backyard and open
front yard. The neighborhood is great, and there is good
access to main roads.

Brand new house built in December 2004 located in nice neighborhood with friendly community. There is a garage with a small workout center and sitting area on one side. You would have access to all common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, office, and breakfast area). There is plenty of parking in the driveway and a back patio with a grill and patio set for the summers.
