I have a roommate now but he will be moving out of the state at the end of the month. This is a two story house that has been split into twe seperate residences. My lanlord lives above me but he is totally cool. He built this house less than two years ago so as you might suspect it's practiclly brand new. There is a large yard, a bus line just one block away that takes you directly to downtown in just 15 min, 1-5 and 99 are just 5 minutes away. Bathroom, living room and kitchen are furnished.

Historic building that was turned into condos, very prettyproperty, nice and quite place to live, surrounded by some trees, shared yard, and only a few minute walk to the beach. The actual unit has two bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living area combined, or rather open. The unit has one bathroom, closet space, and a front entry. Plenty of storage room.

It's a lovely house just southwest of downtown Burien, right on the busline, minutes away from 405 and 5. There are a few cats in the house, very affectionate and well-behaved.
You get your own bedroom--it's way down at the end of the hall, so you get some privacy if you need it. Beautiful kitchen, huge common area. Come take a look and see what you think!

"House computer", cable T.V., wireless internet, lots of storage. All bills shared 5 ways. Off street parking for 7 cars. Across from playing fields and bus stop, 10 minute drive to DT Seattle. Room is medium sized, large closet, plenty of light, and share a bathroom with one other woman. We are usually 3 women and 2 men (when full) ages 22-31. We all work full time, we drink occasionally, we have parties a few times a year, We are responsible, laid-back, fun and respectful of others.
