I currently rent a 3bed 3bath townhome in Birchwood Homes located off Trainor gate rd, minutes from Wainwright and town. Spacious living area, private bath, washer and dryer, front porch and back patio with yard and garage. Rent would be $810 a month with an 8 month minimum. I will be gone for long periods of time (months) but I still need a place to call home while up here. I don't drink, smoke, carouse, have parties, etc., no pets. When I'm home I work late often and I'm up early and out the door on weekdays.

I am coming to town the 25th of May and will stay till the 25th of September. It would be nice to have a non smoker roommate but not necessarily.
