I'm looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom apartment. It's located in Northgate, on Roosevelt, and only a few blocks to the mall. It's on the bus line, and within walking distance to the bus transit center at the mall. The apartment has many amenities, such as a pool, fitness center, tanning bed, free parking, fireplace and pet friendly. My lease starts May 15th, but I would be ok with a move in date by June 1st.

The room is unfurnished $600 per month and 1/2 of utilities (gas, electric, water & sewer, cable). This estimate is for each person, and all four utilities per month: Winter months it can be about $190 (est. high), during summer months $125 (est. high) There's a month-to-month lease, but I'm looking for someone for a mini. 12 months. Outside smoking ok. NO DRUG use at all. The house is completely furnished, but there is room for other furniture.
