My townhouse has two levels. The first contains the living room, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, and washer/dryer, and a half bath. The second floor has two bedrooms-yours has a view of the back patio w/furniture and also contains a nice size closet. Your room doesn't have a cable jack but we already have a cord running to that room so my roommate can have cable. The second floor also contains the full bathroom. We have wireless, high speed internet.

electricity is separate. my place is furnished, all you need is a bed and whatever else in your room. I have a big screen tube television and theater sound, leather recliner, sleeper sofa table and captain's chairs. My neighbors have wireless routers and I have just been using that for my internet. I have basic cable. I prefer not to be around cigarette smoke, but smoking in your room is alright, or when I'm not around. I'm a 26 year old male and I'm a full time student.
