First floor condo unit in quiet, out of traffic neighborhood. The room is approx. 12 x 14 and includes a sliding glass door that opens to an enclosed patio. There is currently a double bed, small desk and small bedside table in the room. Lease term is negotaiable, but there will be a signed agreement. Thanks!! :-)

This property is a 4 room family house. The rooms avaliable share a bathroom which conjoins the two rooms. The house is brand new and has only been lived in once. The rent for each room mate will be $360 and they will have to pay 1/4 of the utilities. There are no pets as there is already one dog and the land lord isn't willing to allow more pets. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood near a marsh. The price on this house is a great deal.

My house is in Shadowmoss Plantation off Hwy 61 in West Ashley, right around the corner from the Clubhouse (18 Hole Golf Course, swimming pool, tennis courts, restaurant).
