A view of the pond and very roomy. You will have your own bathroom that is connected to the bedroom with a very large walk-in closet. Cable tv is availible in the living room and high speed internet is availible too. The living room is furnished but the bedroom is not.
I do not mind smoking inside the apartment, in fact, I enjoy the smell, but I do not smoke myself. I will allow drinking in the apartment as long as it is not excessive. No large parties.

This is a 5 bedroom house in a quiet residential neighorhood just off the St. Joe's river and near the park for great runs and walks. Central air and heat pump really saves on bills. Living Room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and computer room in addition to your own room. Your room wired for internet. All residents are students and are devoted to their studies. Two are soccer players at IPFW. This is a nice place to live.
