About the room
Duplex in Pear Tree Village. About 8 minutes from campus. Two male roommates looking for a 3rd roommate of either gender. Preferrably no smokers or pets. Two males are easy to get along with. Duplex is pretty big, but I wasn't sure of the square footage. We already have most common area furniture, still need some.
