Summary
I'm 23 years old, moved down to Ft. Myers, Florida from northern Indiana six months ago for a high school art teaching position. Just looking for a laid-back, fun young professional to share my Beautiful condo on the river with me. $700.00/month. $200.00 downpayment. Possibly 3/month lease, and go from there if things work out. The view is amazing overlooking the river, right downtown Ft. Myers in walking distances of a lot of bars. The condo is on the 12th floor, 2 bed/2
