I am a 49 year old divorced female. Have been a stay at home mom. I am on a limited income. I have 2 excellent references for renting since I have been divorced. I keep to my own business. I do have 2 daughters that visit. One sometimes stays over, but not for long periods at a time. Looking for a roommate that believes that each should share in duties. Prefer 30+ mature, Respectful of privacy.
