1 Level 4 bedroom house in a quiet subdivision. All of my neighbors are retired. Rent includes al utilities, wireless internet, and directv. [contact info removed] is my address. I currently have one roomate. The 4th bedroom is and excercise room that you have full access to. This is a great deal. I am not asking for a contract, but you should make at least a 3 month commitment. No smoking indoors, and no pets. We are both heterosexual, but this is a gay friendly house.
