My job has me moving to the area for min of 1 year, and most likely at least 2. I work a min of 50 hrs/week, and my hours vary. I am very respectful of personal space, property, and needs such as studying, sleeping, etc, and require the same in return. I am about as far away from drama as possible and just want a good place to live while I focus on my career. Male or female roomate is OK; I have had good and bad experiances with both. ...and I refuse to fight over that last piece of bologna :-)
