About the room
My fiancé and I live in a two bedroom townhome at Yankee Hill. It’s very clean and newly renovated. We’re looking to rent out one of the bedrooms to one or two people starting the end January. Rent would be between $700 and $800 overall (so if split two ways, it would be $350-$400 a person), plus electric and internet, which is about $100/ mo. (or $50 if split two ways). There’s free cable, a pool/hot tub/sauna, a workout room, free coffee, free cookies on Thursday. Close to MSOE!
