I have a room for rent in my 2/2 duplex. Fully furnished except for a bed in the second bedroom. My female roommate of over 4 years moved out of state. You are more than welcome to contact her for a reference! I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful and picks up after themselves. No pets allowed, landlords rule! I like to cook, throw darts, listen to music and am extremely laid back and easy to get along with! Respond for more information. Philip
