I currently work frm hm. wll need internet access. wll eventually return to the office. Steady job and income. Pretty quiet person enjoy my space. Non-smoker & no pets. Pets ok I just don't want any of my own. I don't mind some clutter but dont like dirty or bugs. Will follow rules but prefer they are not strick. Life happens and it should be ok as long as there is still courtesy/respect. I have two grand children that I would like to have over at times & occasionally friends. n/big/social/life
