About the room
A square 11' 2" x 9' 10.5" room with a closet, bathroom (not attached, access is through main area, but only a couple of feet away from the bedroom entrance), and parking space. The main area has a large kitchen with an island, a pantry, a smart washer and dryer, a living room with three couches and a large tv, a dining table with a bench and two chairs, and a backyard. We plan to split pantry, refrigerator, and kitchen cabinet space by shelves/cabinets. My husband and I live in the other room and will be using the main area as well. This home is inside a community with gym and pool access. The pool is only accessible during open hours and both need access via a keyfob. Willing to either share ours as long as it is not lost or damaged, or a separate one can be purchased. The house has smart locks, so you will get your own private code that can be used to access the house. The community also has a trash valet service on Sundays through Thursdays at 6-8pm, so taking trash all the way out to the dumpster is unnecessary on those days (you just put it tied up out on the porch in the bins). Internet is 1Gbps and there is an Ethernet port in the room, alongside 5 dual outlets and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has 1 dual outlet. Main area pictures coming soon!
