Single Male, 55, with well behaved 35lb female spayed dog. Need room within walk / bus of Colorado and Leetsdale. Prefer a utilities included situation. Pooch is friendly with people and other dogs. Working at Vitamin Cottage and 2 recording studios so alot of time away. Dog is used to hanging at home, but gets many walks. I love walking......cheery creek is a favorite for the dog. Looking for a great dog friendly place, but do not require too much space or lots of amentities.
