I tend to stay pretty quiet to respect others around me like if I listen to music or watch TV I'll put the volume reasonably low, use headphones, and/or close the door. I tend to prefer a cluttered, yet clean (hygenically speaking) room. I want a roommate who's cleanliness is good enough so as not to attract insects or leave the place smelling bad (wash dishes right after eating, don't leave food laying around etc..) A party at the house once a week is ok, any more often is not ok with me.
