I'm a pretty laid back individual. I know my priorities, even if they change mid-stride. I am a very outgoing and fun loving person, so I enjoy social gatherings. I am a new grad student so my time will mostly be spent studying. I am looking for any kind of room that is cheap and preferably low utilities(these tend to be low when split amongst roommates). I can live in any condition apartment.
