I have a furnished room with a private bathroom for rent in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a very safe location of Manhattan's Upper West Side. Rent is $1200 per month utility bills inclusive in the monthly payment and makes you entitled to all the utilities such as cable TV, electricity, gas, trash, water, sewer, and high-speed wireless internet.
