I am a quiet and tidy 18 year old LGBT female, looking for a room on a house (preferably with my own bathroom but I’m flexible) with all utilities included. I am very tidy and will not invade your space unless you give me permission to do so. I work full time so I wouldn’t be home too often during the day. Looking for someone personable and willing to let me have friends over in my room every so often, don’t mind pets, children or noise.I’m very reliable! Will need a space for a car in driveway.
