Rent - includes all utilities. Ranch style house with basement room available. Basement has separate livingroom area, that will be yours to use. Basement bedroom is 12ft x 13 ft Sorry, no bathroom in basement, but separate refrigerator and livingroom with couches and fios tv and wireless internet. I do have a 9 month old puppy (lab) who is potty trained, but crated during the day due to to puppy chewing :-) I work pretty normal hours M-F and a little on weekends. Email for more info
