A S H L I E P O L A N C O - E N G I N E E R I N G S T U D E N T I'm a 26-year-old Engineering student from Minnesota State University -Mankato. I'm currently in my Junior year. The engineering program I'm doing is co-op based, so I get to work full time from any part of the world as part of my curriculum. My current job project is located in Bonanza, OR. I work 60 hours a week, and I am a full time student as well, so my only day off is Sunday, when I normally meal prep and do shores.
