Hi:) We are looking for another female roommate to move in with us. We are moving into a new, four bedroom duplex with three bathrooms, two living rooms, a big kitchen, washer/dryer, two stall garage with off street parking as well, deck, yard, and nice view! Lawn care, water, etc. is covered by the landlord. Rent is $318 per month and utilities are $200 total, but that will divided by four. We just need one more girl to move in with:) We are all super laid back, friendly, and tidy. We go out
