The house is a ranch-style 3 bedroom house with a front porch & a large yard. The room for rent is a bedroom with a closet, ceiling fan, phone jack, & a bathroom directly across the hall, which will be the renter's private bathroom except when guests are over. We have a laundry room with a washer & dryer. We have a decent-sized kitchen, fairly well stocked with dishes & cookware. There is some limited shed storage space available to the renter free-of-charge, & ample parking.
