I have a spare room in my condo across the street from UNLV located on Maryland Pkwy and Tropicana. House is in the University Crest neighborhood. Great fit for students or not students! It's accessible to many bus routes, it's about 7 minutes away from the strip, walking distance to UNLV (literally across the street), bars, billions of 7-11's, restaurants, grocery stores, fast food places, and lots of other cool stuff! The room is empty but the house is furnished.
