Looking for a person that can pay the rent on time and keep a house while i am away or work the whole house is theres to use. bedrooms are off limit. we all can get along. there are two rooms for rent one down stair and one up stairs, the rent for both can be brought down, time need to get mortage up then i can bring the rent down on the rooms.
