I'm Adrianna (I'm 24) and you would be living with my boyfriend and two kids who are pretty well-behaved. My BF works full time and isn't home until after 6 usually during the week. I will also be working soon. We do not smoke cigarettes but, My boyfriend does vape and you're welcome to vape in the house as well. If you do smoke cigarettes, or anything else other than vaping, just please keep outside. You will have a shared bathroom but is right across from your bedroom. The bed in the photos is our old roomates king size bed that is just there for photo purposes so you can see size comparison from a king bed to the bedroom (theres a closet, you just can't see in photo). The electric will be split 3 ways but water will be split four ways as I do have kids. we can make exceptions depending on situation. Text 8044791860
