I have a small 3 bd/2 bath home in south Lexington with garage storage and a fenced back yard. I am searching for only one roommate to share 1/2 of the utilities in addition to monthly rent. The two guest rooms are small. Roommate would have exclusive access to both rooms and hall bath. I am a professional female with two grown children. I have two cats that are not dog friendly, but would accept other cats in the house. I smoke outside, but do not allow smoking or drugs in my home.
