30 year old going back to school full time at Art Institute in santa ana, moving from n. california to the area, luckily I have some friends down there. I'm easy going and laid back, happy to abide by any house rules. I don't party or do anything crazy, don't do drugs, etc. I don't have a lot of hangups. if unfurnished i'll bring along basic presentable furniture, i watch shows n stuff online so i won't leave a mess anywhere else, I'm clean in the kitchen and will do chores to help out.
