I own a cute, fully-furnished Cape Cod in a nice neighborhood with lots of trees. I have an available bedroom with a private bathroom. I also have three pets (a St. Bernard, a mutt, and a kitty) so you must be an animal lover! There is a fully fenced in yard with firepit, grill, etc. I also have a garage space available. The house is 1,150 square feet not counting the finished basement. It has both hardwood floors and carpet with ceramic tile in the kitchen. Very well-kept, clean, etc.
