Me, my bf, and my 19 year old daughter share 3-bedroom home near beach, near mall, next to community college, ez freeway access. We have extra room for rent. quiet home, nice neighborhood. we have a one year old male Chihuahua who's very friendly. We seek a quiet roommate with a job outside the house who can afford to pay each month. It is IMPERATIVE that rent be paid on time every month for us to afford the mortgage.
