Hello, I am originally from Alaska and have been living in Oregon for two years. I just bought this house and I am renting out one bedroom for 500/month. It includes utilities and wifi. There is a bathroom right next to your room that will only be shared with guests. The property has a kitchen, living room, backyard, and garage. I have a dog and am open to other pets.
