I am looking for a roommate that is quiet, friendly and maintains a clean space, as I am like that. I do have a daughter that I am working on getting to see every other weekend, so someone who likes kids too is a big plus. Other than that I can help cook, clean, and I don’t smoke or drink, or do anything else to that effect.
