We live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a loft and the loft+upstairs bedroom is going to available soon if you are interested. The loft has a portion that overlooks the living room as well as a closed off portion that can either be the bedroom or an office/ walk in closet. rent is $1000 plus utilities
