I am a very easy going person, no drama I like to keep my area very clean. i'd like a female roommate simply because they tend to be more neat and tidy but gender is irrelevant I just need someone to be responsible and take care there area and shared area. I am a real estate developer and never have company come to the house. I am a excellent Italian chef. I do not drink although it does not bother me if you do. I do not smoke or do drugs.
