I'm a gay 40ish guy who is both financially secure and pretty laid back. I am looking for a place for six months starting in January '21 while my grad school applications process. Depending on where I get in, I may look at something more long term after six months or be moving on. I don't smoke, drink, or take drugs, but I have no issues with people who do, although I would strongly prefer to not have highly illegal drugs in my living space. I get along better with female roommates than males.
