Hi! I'm looking for a room to rent. I'm new to the area and currently homeless. I recieve a monthly income so paying rent would not be a problem and I am, of course, willing to pay for utilities and household items. I'm very cleanly, respectful, and usually don't have people over because I'm an introvert. The maximum amount I can pay for rent (utilities included) is $500 monthly.
