Summary
House is about 1 year old, so in great condition. I'm very clean, outgoing, and open minded (I'm from Austin.. ha). I like to go out and have fun but I do work and focus on school. All common rooms are furnished, but roommate's rooms are not so you can do up the room however you'd like. LCD HD 42" TV in living room. Large front & big backyard for pets :) I love animals, so they're def. allowed if you have any. If you're by any chance still looking for a place let me know. Thanks so much :)
