The apartment is only a few minutes from KSU and 75 but it's still tucked away behind a big green hill, so the view isn't just Barrett Parkway. There are a lot of trees and two pools. The phase that my apartment is in is about 6 or 7 years old, and includes updated appliances, 9-foot ceilings, a large kitchen, and a fireplace.
