Two bedrooms/One bathroom. Room available is the master bedroom, and has own entrance to the shared bathroom. Big kitchen/living room area. Upper unit, above the garage (not neighbors!). Small patio with a wee little view of the actual ocean! Furnished with kitchen table/DW/ microwave/etc. The living room has a TV/VCR/DVD I brought, but my roommate will be taking her couch when she leaves...The room is not at the moment furnished, but the rental co. can provide a bed. 2 car g
