I am 59 yrs. old & have been renting the same house for 9 yrs. My husband passed away 4 years ago. I am extremely neat, I do not drink. However I smoke in a designated area, mostly outside when I have my morning coffee or after meals. A smoker will not bother me one way or another. I have one small dog (a Shiat-zu) & she's alittle dolly. Very clean & friendly. I also have 3 birds that I've had since they were hatched. My pets are kept in my room, clean & healthy. Owner's can not afford house.
